Iam the wedding co-ordinator at Vandella Flowers and have over 25 years experience. I bring the whole team together to plan every wedding and allocate the florist to produce the flowers. Having knowledge of flower varieties & seasonality is essential for sourcing flowers from our Dutch suppliers.
The favourite part of my job is producing designer and bridal floristry from concept to delivery it is a big responsibility but it is a great feeling when you get the thank you note or e-mail after the wedding knowing we have played our part in someones special day.

As a head florist for over 20 years bridal arrangements are a speciality and I have a great eye for the finer detail & finishing touches. I'm a perfectionist (my colleagues think I have OCD!), so everything I produce has to be just right.
I love talking to people and making then feel at ease, this really helps when finding out exactly what a brides wants for her perfect day and when I get cards and photos after the event it gives me a great buzz.

I've been a head florist for over 7 years and hold the Medal of Excellence Award for standards. I have a passion for wedding, corporate & event work and thrive on a challenge to turn a blank canvas, such as a marque, into a spectacular creation.
My standards are always high and I have an eye for detail especially with bridal designs, buttonholes & corsages. I like to keep up with the current trends and fashion and introduce them into my designs.

When I left school I went straight into floristry so have now been a florist for 15 years .I really enjoy my work - no two days are the same - I enjoy all aspects of my work but especially weddings. I thrive on the pressure and responsibility of making a brides flowers perfect for her special day.
With the variety of flowers available to us through our Dutch suppliers there are no limits to what can be achieved in floristry these days that what make it so exciting.

Ihave been a florist of over 5 years and love my job, working with a team of experienced florists I am learning every day. I am involved with the preparation of the sundries and flowers and specialise in the production of reception, venue flowers and buttonholes.
I have worked in other jobs but there is nothing to compare to the satisfaction you get when we get feed back from a bride about how beautiful her flowers were on her day.
