How our order tracking works.
At each step of our order process the status of your order is changed and updated. You can visit this page at any time and check how your order is getting on.
Shop drivers update the delivery status once they return from a delivery run which usually includes multiple drops. This occasionally means that the delivery status of your order may not be amended until the following morning (if the driver doesn't return to the shop after their last run).
Please note that during very busy times (Mothers Day, Valentines Day, Christmas etc) it will take longer to update orders once they have been despatched.
For those who order online we are able to provide a tracking service so that you can keep an eye on your order as it goes through our system.
